BLOOM: An Embodied Wellness Experience
Join Lifestyle Design Coach, Zakiya Harris for a weekend of self-care, self-reflection and personal transformation!

Your experience begins early Friday evening before sundown at Veritas Vista, just an hour away from the hustle and bustle of SF/OAK in San Rafael, CA. Allow the fragrant scent of Eucalyptus trees to melt away your tension while you bask at the never ending views of the Dominican Hills. After getting settled into your shared luxury room, we will gather for our opening circle, to set intentions and commune in sisterhood over dinner prepared by your very own personal Celebrity Chef Sarah Kirnon. All meals will be local, organic, plant-based and soulful.
You’ll begin each morning gazing at the breathtaking sunrise,  to give you the perfect environment to begin your day with focus and intention. Afterwards, we’ll head into the movement space for a gentle, all levels yoga practice to strengthen your core and nourish your body. Everyday, the group will convene for custom curated SHIFT practices, a blending of self-care, and self-reflection our intention is to support you with integration tools to deepen your healing journey.  During the retreat, you will have sacred space for personal reflection and journaling in a high-vibration environment, giving you the inspiration to dream bigger than you ever have before. You will leave the retreat refreshed, renewed and with a new sisterhood. You will also be crowned with your very on 'SHIFT BOX' that includes a customized Shift Map, 90 Day-Shift Plan  and other Shift Wellness tools to support your practice. By the end of the weekend, you will have transformed more in 3 days than you probably have in the past 3 months!
